Terms AND Conditions
This Agreement establishes a licensing right for the permitted use of the (Residence) vacation property made available to you through the services of Liberty Real Estate Management(LREM) and is for the temporary occupation of a vacation property . The terms and conditions of your occupation license are outlined in this agreement, which you must sign and submit to us signed in electronic, paper, or fax form for us to accept.
Before and after each guest's visit, every vacation rental property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Please get in touch with Liberty Real Estate Management right away if you are dissatisfied with the property's cleanliness or condition when you arrive so that we can resolve your issues.
Any damage or issues with the property must be reported to Liberty Real Estate Management by the visitor(s). The guest(s) agree to let LREM take care of any problems with the property. No money will be reimbursed to a visitor who declines to provide LREM the chance to fix an issue and accepts the property as is.
During their stay, the guest(s) are in charge of removing snow and ice from all stairways and pathways. The driveway will be cleared of snow (if over 4" accumulate).
The number of guests staying at the residence cannot exceed reservations.unit max occupants.
The guest(s) will occupy at their own risk and in accordance with this occupancy agreement's rules and regulations as well as any guidelines established by the community for the use of vacation rentals. The Guest is responsible for paying any fines or penalties that they or their guests may get . The right to inhabit the property will be revoked if any unlawful activity takes place there, and anyone found on the property will be evicted immediately and without compensation.
The guest(s) agree that they will not transfer this license, sublease the property, utilize or use it for anything other than a place to live.
This property does not allow smoking. If there is any proof of smoking in the Property, you will be penalized up to $1000.00.
LREM shall charge a $200 fee in addition to any additional expenses incurred as a consequence of the guest(s) failing to vacate the property at the time and date specified in the signed agreement.
To rent this property, the Guest must be at least 25 years old. Upon completing the occupancy agreement, the guests must send LREM a legible copy of their driver's license.
As the property is not designed to be childproof, parents, custodians, or other responsible parties are in charge of watching after their children.
Any personal goods left at the property are NOT the responsibility of LREM or the property owner.
Sparklers and any other types of fireworks are not allowed. There will be fines imposed.
The township tightly enforces quiet hours, which run from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. The right to occupy the premises may be revoked without compensation in the event of unreasonable noise or disruption. The visitor will be responsible for paying any fines the property owner incurs due to noise or disturbances.
Trashbags must be used for trash. The garbage policy can vary depending on the area you are staying in. When reserving a house, this information will be made available.
Outdoor fires of any kind are NOT allowed unless your residence and the neighborhood where you are staying permit them. You can check each home's website for this information or get in touch with LREM for confirmation.
In any of the Communities we administer, parking is NOT allowed on the road or the shoulder. The website for each property lists any special parking restrictions that apply to it. Prior to booking, kindly verify the homes' parking restrictions.
